I have to travel to Tallinn, Estonia quite frequently and on my second trip here, I discovered Sushi Plaza. Now, Japan has been on my bucket list since aeons & I still haven't managed to book a trip. After trying sushi at enough fine restaurants across the world ( Nobu, Wasabi, Zuma etc.) I can safely say this tiny hole-in-a-wall establishment is hands down the best sushi I've ever had!
